Who we are

Unlimited Podcast Bangkok is the data controller for the personal data described here.

  • Blue Chips Building, 4th floor, 139 Soi Thong Lo 10, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand
  • Data requests and privacy questions: [email protected]
  • General contact: WhatsApp +66 96 979 2093

What we collect

When you book a session

Your name, email address, phone number, the session you booked and any notes you give us about your recording. Bookings are taken through Podyx, our booking system; payment is by Thai bank transfer or QR code, so we never see or store card numbers.

When you record with us

Video and audio of your session. This is the work product you came for, and it is also personal data — it contains your image and your voice, and the voice and image of anyone else in the room. You are responsible for telling your guests that the session is being recorded.

When you contact us

WhatsApp messages, emails and anything you tell us in them.

When you visit this website

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which set cookies and record your IP address, approximate location, device and browser, the pages you view and which buttons you press. Instagram and Google Reviews content embedded on our pages may also set cookies from those companies. If you submit your email address to our mailing list, we store that address until you unsubscribe.

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time and we will stop. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

How long we keep it

  • Session recordings and edited files — as set out in our Terms of Service, which is the binding document on retention periods. After that we delete them and cannot recover them. Download your files as soon as you receive the link.
  • Booking and contact records — for as long as you are a customer, and then for the period Thai tax law requires us to keep accounting records.
  • Mailing list — until you unsubscribe.
  • Analytics — according to Google’s retention settings on our account.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the services we need to run the studio, and only as much as each one needs:

  • Podyx — bookings and scheduling
  • Google — Drive for file delivery, Analytics and Tag Manager for the website
  • Meta — WhatsApp Business for messages you send us
  • Elfsight — displays our Google reviews on this site
  • Our bank, our accountant, and Thai government agencies where the law requires it

Some of these companies store data outside Thailand. Where that happens we rely on the transfer safeguards those providers publish for cross-border transfers under the PDPA.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy
  • correct anything that is wrong or incomplete
  • delete your data, where we are not required to keep it
  • stop or restrict what we are doing with it
  • send your data to you or another provider in a machine-readable format
  • object to processing we base on legitimate interest
  • withdraw consent you previously gave

Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Ours are used for analytics and for embedded content from Google and Instagram. None of them are needed for the site to work, so you can block or delete them in your browser settings and everything here will still function.

Children

This website is not aimed at children under 10, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Anyone under 20 recording with us needs a parent or guardian to agree on their behalf.

Security

Recordings are held on access-controlled storage and shared by private link. Access is limited to the people who need it to do the work. No system is perfectly secure, so if a breach happens that puts your rights at risk we will notify you and the Personal Data Protection Committee as the PDPA requires.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant we will tell you directly.
